Account Deletion
You can delete your Culturgui account at any time. Choose the method that works best for you.
In the Mobile App
- Go to Profile
- Select Delete my account
- Confirm your choice
Via Email
Send us an email from the address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What happens to your data?
- Your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Anonymised usage data may be retained for analytical purposes.
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days.
